3.1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use YooSell
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

3.2. Account security

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4.1. Property information

• All property details must be accurate and truthful
• You must have legal ownership or authorization to sell the property
• You must disclose any material defects or issues with the property

4.2. Verification requirements

• Sellers must complete identity verification
• Property ownership verification via Land Registry is mandatory
• Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations

4.3. Pricing and fees

• Subscription fees as per selected package (Starter, Enhanced, or Premium)
• Additional fees for premium add-ons if selected
• All prices include VAT where applicable

5.1. Verification requirements

• Multi-factor ID verification is mandatory
• Proof of funds or mortgage-in-principle required before making offers
• Compliance with all verification processes

5.2. Genuine interest

• Buyers must demonstrate genuine interest and financial capacity
• Time-wasters and fraudulent activity will result in account termination

6.1. Subscription fees

• Starter Package: £49.50 per month
• Enhanced Package: £89.50 for 2 months
• Premium Package: £129.50 for 3 months
• Developer packages available at different rates

6.2. Payment terms

• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• Subscription fees are paid in advance
• Premium add-ons are charged separately

7.1. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Active listings will remain until subscription period expires
• No refunds for partial months unless service is unavailable

7.2. Free trial

• First 100 users from Leicestershire and Midlands receive 2 months free
• Standard terms apply after free period

8.1. Platform content

• All YooSell branding, logos, and platform features are protected by intellectual property rights
• AI-generated content created for your listing belongs to you

8.2. User content

• You retain ownership of photos and content you upload
• You grant YooSell license to display your content on the platform
• You may not use YooSell's intellectual property without permission

9.1. Data collection

• We collect personal information as described in our Privacy Policy
• All data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018
• We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data

9.2. Marketing communications

• We may send service-related emails
• Marketing emails can be opted out via unsubscribe links
• We do not sell your data to third parties

10.1. Third-party services

• Conveyancing services are provided by our partner law firms
• YooSell acts as an introducer only
• Separate terms apply for legal services

10.2. No legal advice

• YooSell does not provide legal advice
• Always consult with your conveyancer for legal matters

11.1. Platform availability

• We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We are not liable for losses due to platform unavailability

11.2. Third-party actions

• We are not liable for actions of buyers, sellers, or conveyancers
• All transactions are between users; YooSell facilitates connections only

11.3. Maximum liability

• Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

13.1. Between users

• Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved directly
• We may provide mediation assistance at our discretion

13.2. With YooSell

• Disputes will be governed by the laws of England and Wales
• Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction

15.1. By you

• Cancel your account at any time from your dashboard
• Download your data before termination

15.2. By YooSell

• We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms
• We may suspend service for non-payment
• We reserve the right to refuse service

16.1. Entire agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and YooSell

16.2. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect

16.3. Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver
